When the 2020 pandemic forced us to pivot, we returned to our roots—sharing the flavors and traditions passed down from our grandmother’s kitchen. Our flagship brand, Funky Chicken Street Kitchen, brings you Southern-style fried chicken with a signature Cajun twist, alongside a menu of soulful favorites including crispy wings, fresh-cut fries, homemade desserts, and a delicious vegan burger. From local festivals and concerts to corporate events and private celebrations, we’ve traveled across Texas serving food made with quality ingredients, bold flavors, and heartfelt dedication.
